This class is offered both online and in-person. You can attend the in-person class at Agoura Power of Yoga, or join the practice with us online.

Vinyasa is designed to create heat, strength and stamina while coordinating breath and movement. Each sequence in a Vinyasa yoga class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds. The entire practice culminates with a deep sense of mindfulness, self-connection and ease.
