Tune Up to Tune In - Workshop

We will begin by using massage therapy balls or tennis balls to bring focus, awareness, and blood flow to common areas of tension in the body.  

Then we will activate the tissues with therapeutic strengthening techniques. Lastly, we will move into supported restorative poses to encourage ultimate release and relaxation.
