Jennifer Elliott

Jennifer Elliott

Jennifer Elliott ERYT-500, C-IAYT, began her  journey with the body and movement 20 years ago. In the early 2000’s she worked as a massage therapist and a yoga instructor.  She continued her studies on the body and attended LMU to become a certified yoga therapist in 2008. Since then she has co-developed 2 yoga schools, is a YogaWorks teacher trainer and developed her own Yoga Anatomy and Yin Yoga Trainings.

In addition to teaching Vinyasa and Yin style classes, she practices yoga therapy with private clients, including many professional athletes. This led her to the creation of “Yoga for Cyclists and Everyone Else,” a DVD to help cyclists and other athletes build core strength and flexibility. In 2016 she appeared on HBO’s “Hard Knocks” when she was the yoga instructor for the L.A. Rams.

Jennifer believes in the trans-formative power of yoga through physical practice, self-study and contemplation. It is through these methods that she blends her skills to create seamless and challenging classes, hoping to aide her students on their path to health and contentment. For those who are ready for the next step, she shares her knowledge through her workshops and teacher trainings. For more on Jennifer, visit JenniferElliottYoga.com.
